Fees

  • Tiffany Scales, ALC; Kristin Loyde, ALC; and Kimberly Brouer, NCC, ALC operate as self-pay clinicians. They are able to provide clients with a super-bill that clients can use to file for potential reimbursement with their insurance provider. Please contact our office to discuss their self-pay rates and how we can help you!

  • Payment must be rendered at time of service.

    Cash, Check, and all major credit cards are accepted.

  • If you are unable to attend an appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours advanced notice to our office so we can meet the needs of another client. Please note, there will be a $50.00 cancellation or no-show fee if it was not canceled within 24 hours. Exceptions are made for cancellations due to illness or an emergency.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check with your individual insurance provider to verify service coverage.

* Please note that different providers may accept some or all of or none of those. Please inquire at the time of your appointment.

If your insurance is not listed, please check with your provider to see if they will cover out-of-network services (many do!). We will be glad to help you be able to file a claim with your provider.​

We never turn away children for financial reasons. If necessary, payment plans or reduced fees can be arranged for certain cases. 

Good Faith Estimate

All Play and Grow Counseling, LLC counseling clients have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate per federal law as of January 1, 2022. A Good Faith Estimate enumerates the expenses you can reasonably expect to pay for your mental health care services provided by Play and Grow Counseling
